Terms of use
Plain terms for a site that publishes equipment information and links to products. The section that actually matters is the one about safety, so it is first.
🔴 Fire, fuel and your safety
The comparisons and guidance on Outdoor Pizza Oven Guide are buying research, not operating instructions. Every specification here comes from published manufacturer data and retailer listings, and real units vary between revisions and regions. Always follow the manual that shipped with your oven where it differs from anything written here.
🔴 Never run a fuel-burning pizza oven indoors, in a garage, in a tent, or under any enclosed roof. Gas, wood and charcoal ovens all produce carbon monoxide, which is odourless, colourless and has killed people who believed they had enough ventilation. “Outdoor” in a product name is a safety instruction, not a marketing word. Electric countertop ovens are the only category here designed for indoor use, and only where their own manual says so.
These ovens run to around 900°F. Stone, shell, door and chimney all reach temperatures that cause immediate burns, and they stay dangerous long after the flame is out. Keep children and pets away from a cooling oven, use a peel rather than your hands, and never move an oven that is still hot.
For gas models, check the regulator and hose for damage before every use, connect and leak-test outdoors, and never store a propane cylinder indoors or below ground level. Where the stakes are structural, electrical or gas-related, get a qualified professional rather than a website.
Accuracy and updates
We work hard on accuracy and we show our sources, but this is a website and errors happen. Product prices, ratings, availability and specifications change constantly and the figures here carry the date we captured them. Treat any price on this site as historical and check the current one before buying. If you find something wrong, tell us — corrections are welcome and we would rather fix a page than defend it.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of it — including damage to an oven, its components or its surfaces. You are responsible for what you put in your own water.
Third-party links
We link to Amazon and to other sites, including sites that compete with us where they have better information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices. Commercial links are disclosed on our affiliate disclosure page.
Content and reuse
The writing, calculators and original analysis on this site are ours. Quote us, cite us and link to us freely — that is what the internet is for. Republishing pages wholesale is not on. Product names, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here descriptively; no affiliation or endorsement is implied by either party.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update them, in which case the date at the top changes.
